Our Story

We are a small family farm in Cedar Hill, TN. We have been raising livestock as far back as I can trace, to my great grandfathers, probably longer. We made the transition to organic in 2015, as we saw a huge need to raise animals humanely and organically and to complete the process from birth to full maturity.

Our mission is to raise healthy, organically-raised meat with a quality that is second to none and to train the next generation in sustainable, organic farming practices. We want the best of both animal health and meat quality.

Our animals are always outside on pasture and are fed a well balanced, healthy, organic diet that focuses on animal health and meat quality. This means you get lean organically-raised meat with just the right amount of fat for optimum quality. We also dry age our beef 21 days to give the absolute maximum tenderness and flavor.
