Our beef broth is slow cooked for 48 hours to bring out a deep, rich flavor that is similar to a traditional French beef broth. We begin with roasted bones and roasted vegetables like carrot, celery, and onion.
No salt is added so you can add your own to taste. Use this broth as a demi-gloss or sauce, or add your own seasoning and use in soups and stews.
