Organic Hard Red Winter Wheat

Hard Red Winter Wheat is not commonly grown in our region of the country, but we’ve managed to product a grain with 12% Protein through our careful tending. This grain can be cooking and served as whole berries much like Farro, but typically it is milled into whole grain flour. 

All our grains are grown with regenerative farming practices, on land that has always been organic. We take care of the soil, so it takes care of us.
