Make It Mine Pho

  • 1 pt pho bone broth 
  • Lime, fish sauce or coconut aminos, salt to taste
  • Rice noodles

Pick your own toppings: 

  • Thinly sliced steak 
  • Jalapenos
  • Bean sprouts 
  • Thinly sliced white onion 
  • Green onion 
  • Crispy fried tofu 
  • Cilantro
  • Basil 
  • Extra lime 
  • Hoisin sauce
  • Chili sauce


Allow pho broth to thaw for a few hours in the fridge. Once mostly liquid, place in a pot on stove over low/medium heat and add lime, fish sauce or coconut aminos, and salt to your preference. (We left it out so that you could season to your own liking.)

While broth is heating, prepare rice noodles and place them in serving bowls. 

Once broth is hot, pour into bowls over noodles and add toppings to your liking. 

PRO TIP: Our broth is tasty and concentrated, if you want to make it stretch a little more, you can add a cup or so of water before you add the lime, fish sauce, and salt when heating.
